Made of 100% Chardonnay from 60 years old vines from which 30% is aged in oak barrels for a year. The 2011 vintage highlights the nuances of the terroir. It has a precise and charming gourmet quality.
This wine is grown on a tiny five-acre plot of land called “Vigne Blanche” in Morgeot, the epicenter of the best vineyards in Burgundy. It is the deep, rich, and clay intensive soil that gives this micro-parcel the highest quality chardonnay grapes.
